The Fair Vote Nebraska folks came up short in their drive to get the matter of the State Fair's move on the November ballot. Now they're exploring their legal options. Great. I admire their spunk, but I really loathe the notion of a drawn-out legal battle on this issue. I wonder what their argument will be?
Whatever the case, supposedly we'll know the group's next move within the next couple days.
