I heard a rumor that Manila Bay has reopened Downtown near Kuhl's. Can any of you Downtown regulars help confirm that?

Yes, it’s in the old Gomez Art Supply location (and has been open several weeks now, to boot).

Yep its definitely open. I am eating some pancit take away right now ($4.95). Same owner (Mary Lou) and pretty much the same menu although now there are some Mexican-inspired items. Looks like she wants to open a steam table too when she gets more business, and make it a grocery store of sorts as well.
