My wee little brain simply cannot fathom why the Lincoln City Council only allows dancing until 2:00am. Can anybody provide even a moderately plausible explanation for that? Because frankly I've got nothin'.

They can’t very well ban non-Lincolnites from entering in the city, so maybe they figured 2am is next best thing. Cause that’s when all the grinding starts, right?
