I was riding in the park during the incident. Did not hear a shot though.
I agree with most of the levelheaded commenter’s though. These guys are not your typical hunter.

It freaks me out that people like my buddy Steve were riding through the park when these trolls did this. Hopefully the authorities catch them.

It is almost Turco-esque! It’s almost as if there’s a Turco Copy-cat, a Turco-cat if you will, prowling the city committing of pointless crime.
