The pipeline falls into a gray area for me. Lincolnite is primarily for conversations about Lincoln. The pipeline is a Nebraska issue. Does it affect Lincoln in various ways? Most certainly yes. But is it truly a Lincoln issue? I say not really.
I do venture into statewide issues now and then. Child welfare reform is the most obvious example, but I focus on that topic because of pure personal interest. Beyond that, heck, I barely even mention the Huskers!
Anyhoo, that’s a long way of answering your question. The pipeline is a Big Freaking Deal and I certainly could focus on it, but so far I haven’t.
