Contribute Content to Lincolnite
Do you have something to share with the Lincoln community? If so, we would love to hear from you. Lincolnite is now accepting article and photograph contributions from the community.
The rules are simple: First, your contribution needs to be related to Lincoln somehow, or at least to Nebraska. Remember Lincolnite’s audience, after all. But that doesn’t mean everything has to be about Lincoln. An article about something Congress just did, for example, might be related to Lincoln but not about Lincoln. Second, you need to sign your work, so to speak. Your name will appear alongside anything you submit. We here at Lincolnite don’t believe in posting content from “anonymous” sources.
Third… Well, there is no third rule. It really is that simple.
We do, of course, reserve the right not to post everything we receive. And we will take a stab at editing your work if we think it needs it. It’s nothing personal, we just don’t want you to look bad.
There are other ways to contribute to Lincolnite, too. For example, you could help moderate the forum or edit the directory. Or if you are really cool, we might even consider letting you contribute to the Lincolnite Blog. There are lots of ways you can chip in.
So what do you think? Do you have something to contribute? If so, let us know.
